1. Not everyone who smiles at you supports you.And that’s okay
2. Protecting your peace is more important than proving your point
3. Your body feels everything your mind tries to ignore
4. Hard work changes your life…but burnout can destroy it too

6. Confidence doesn’t come from looking perfect.It comes from surviving things you thought would break you

8. The older I get, the less I care about impressing people…and the more I care about feeling happy, calm and free.
9. Mistakes are not failures.Most of my biggest lessons came from the moments I was embarrassed, scared or completely lost
10. Life is actually very short.So love hard, rest when needed, take the trip, post the photo, start again, forgive yourself and stop waiting for the “perfect moment”.
