The Metallic Dust – a collection of shiny colors that, after applying Top Gloss No Wipe, make your nails look like water, mirror or metal. Top Matt No Wipe application will extract from the stylization pollen the effect of silky velvet or warm velour, which will wrap your nails.
IMPORTANT: APPLY THE DUST IMMEDIATELY AFTER REMOVING THE HAND FROM THE LAMP.
